About Us
Our office is located just one-half mile from Duquesne Village Shopping Center. At the traffic light near the shopping center, take Worton Boulevard to Pennsylvania Avenue and turn left. Our office is on the right side of the street 30 yards from this intersection. When traveling from Dravosburg on Richland Avenue, turn onto Fifth Street and go to the top of the hill (1 1/2 miles). We are located, on the right, just a few yards beyond the convenience store. Traveling from Duquesne, take Crawford Avenue to Pennsylvania Avenue (no turns) 2 blocks past the Knights of Columbus building until you reach our office on the left side of the street.
We have been this neighborhood since 1974. There is plenty of free off-street parking. Our large waiting room will comfortably accommodate you and your traveling companions. There are three exam rooms and on-sight x-ray facilities to better serve you.
Our purpose at Giran Chiropractic Center is to provide affordable, high-quality care to people of all ages. We strive to not only correct health problems, but to educate and enlighten people so similar problems can be avoided in the future.

A 1969 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Giran has continued to expand his knowledge in the field by partcipating in many post-educational classes. His accumulated knowledge and natural ability to get to the cause of your health problem will help you to get back in tip-top shape very quickly!
A life-long resident of West Mifflin, Dr. Giran's office has been located in the same neighborhood since 1969. He and his wife, Karen, have been married for over 30 years and have two grown children.
As a member of International National Chiropractic Association for many years, he has been awarded the "Meritorious Service Award" and the prestigous "Distinguished Fellow of the ICA" award.
Extensive post-graduate study in various techniques including Trigger Point Technique, Network Chiropractic Technique and Spinal Stressology enable Dr. Giran to provide to provide efficient and comprehensive results.
